The Kansas City Chiefs have released their list of inactive players for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers. As expected, quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle), tight end Travis Kelce, tackle Donovan Smith (neck), wide receiver Rashee Rice (hamstring), wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hip-ankle), defensive end Mike Danna (NIR) and cornerback L’Jarius Sneed (calf) are all inactive for the matchup.
But running back Isiah Pacheco (quad-shoulder), defensive end George Karlaftis (NIR), linebacker Nick Bolton (wrist-abdomen) and cornerback Trent McDuffie (shoulder) will all dress for the game.
In Friday’s final injury report, Mahomes was shown as doubtful for the game — but on Wednesday, head coach Andy Reid had said that he would not play. Kelce was declared out (a coaching decision) on Sunday. Smith, Rice, Toney and Sneed were declared out on Friday, while Danna, Pacheco, Karlaftis, Bolton and McDuffie were listed as questionable.

On Saturday, Kansas City elevated practice squad defensive tackle Matt Dickerson and quarterback Chris Oladokun to the active roster. As elevated players, they will automatically be returned to the team’s practice squad after the game. Both are active for the contest.
The Chargers have also released their list of inactives. Wide receiver Keenan Allen (heel), defensive tackle Nick Williams (shoulder), linebacker Joey Bosa (foot) and linebacker Justin Hollins (shoulder) will not play against the Chiefs.
Neither will linebacker Kenneth Murray (shoulder), guard Zion Johnson (neck) and linebacker Tanner Muse (knee).
But linebacker Tuli Tuipulotu (ankle), tight end Stone Smartt (shoulder) and cornerback Deane Leonard (heel) will all dress for Sunday’s matchup.
Allen, Williams, Bosa and Hollins were all declared out on Friday’s injury report. (Bosa is on injured reserve, so he is not listed as inactive). Murray and Johnson were shown as doubtful, while Muse, Tuipulotu, Smartt and Leonard were all listed as questionable. (Muse is also not listed as inactive because he is on injured reserve).
The Chargers have elevated practice squad defensive tackle Christopher Hinton and offensive tackle Austen Pleasants for the matchup. Both are active.
