While Taylor Swift skipped Travis Kelce’s Sunday game to attend the Golden Globes, the Eras Tour performer still managed to squeeze in some bestie time with fellow Chiefs WAGs Brittany Mahomes and Lyndsay Bell over the weekend.

The trio was spotted heading into Spago over the weekend sans their NFL pro significant others. Swift, Mahomes, and Bell, who is the wife of Chief’s tight end Blake Bell, reportedly ordered “wagyu and fries” at the swanky Beverly Hills haunt.

“It was a girls’ dinner and they were all super chill and just relaxing and very low-key in the dining room,” an eagle-eyed onlooker told PEOPLE.

Now, if you’re unfamiliar with the exquisite culinary journey that is wagyu, let me be the first to debrief you. The highly marbled beef comes from a specific Japanese cattle that boasts an indulgent marbling, tenderness, and buttery flavor with a price tag to match. And while there are different cuts and qualities of the luxury red meat—including Australian and American wagyu beef in addition to Japanese wagyu—Swift and her pals dined on Australian wagyu.

Spago’s menu features a Grilled New York Striploin made from Stone Axe Farm’s wagyu, which is an Australian wagyu. The $168 dish comes with fingerling potatoes, dragon beans, salsa macha, and a red wine reduction sauce.

According to Food Beast, “wagyu” directly translates to “Japanese cow,” which means Australian wagyu is the same type of cow that derives from Japan but it’s raised in Australia instead. There are three types: F1 (cross-bred 50/50), pure-bred (with 93.75 percent wagyu genetics or higher), and full-blood, which has 100 percent traceable wagyu genetics.

The Australian wagyu’s flavor profile has a more “pronounced beefiness” per the outlet, and a careful balance of texture and taste. Sounds pretty good, eh Tay?

Although Kelce was also in town for the Chiefs Chargers matchup, the girls enjoyed a GNO. Swift also skipped the team’s Sunday game to attend the Golden Globes, while the Kelce himself sat on the bench to rest up for the upcoming playoffs.
